POWERful Decisions

POWERful Decisions was developed for the Illinois Science and Energy Innovation Foundation as part of an executive training program promoting the Smart Grid. It was created over the course of 3 months in a team of 11. The game was designed for at least 4 players, with 1 player acting as the manager and the others acting as advisors. The advisors use their role booklets to assist the manager in responding to the scenarios the game presents. I was the programming lead on this project, so I created the dialogue and tutorial systems as well as managing the other developers on the team.
